We have the plugin Worklogs but it doesn't provide a way to see an at-a-glance view of how many hours are logged against a goal. For example, if someone needs to log a minimum of 36 hours in a week against a 40-hour goal we would like to see the progress. We would further like to be able to drill into this report to see where the most time is spent. Perhaps in specific tickets or a specific project. Even a pie chart for each agent would be great with drill-down capabilities.
If anyone has any ideas it would be apprecitated!
