How to use Interface IssueManager ?? to find related Issue

Hi I need help

I want(I found) to use IssueManager to find all related issue with my issue test-123

Mabye : getEntitiesByIssueObject(String relationName, Issue issue)Get a list of entities (versions, components etc) related to this issue.

I have difficulty to read in IssueManagerApi
