Hi team!

My organization and I are looking for ways to export a time in status report with only the selected statuses, but when we export the report, it is displayed with all the statuses, including the ones we didn't select and need. Has anyone seen or selected something like this?

Thanks!

Hi @Ana Luiza Chagas  ðŸ‘‹

I am product marketer of the Time In Status add-on.

For this just

  1. Go to Columns
  2. Unpin unnecessary statuses (and Status Groups)
  3. Click "Save"

You can book a live demo - we'll show you the application inside out and answer all your questions.

I hope you find this helpful ðŸš€

Hi @Valeriia_Havrylenko_SaaSJet !

Thanks for your response. I was trying to perform the same action, but for some reason I was unsuccessful. I contacted their support and tried again, now with success.

Thanks again for the response!

Hello @Ana Luiza Chagas

That report is not a native feature of Jira. It must be coming from a third party app that has been added to your system. Do you know what app that is? You may need to ask your Jira Administrators to find out. Then I would recommend that you review the vendor's documentation for that app to see if they provide that functionality.
