How to create scripted field to show empty fillable table on create issue?

Hi,

 

I'm trying to figure out is there possible to create scripted field option, then creating issue there would be non adjustable table, in which only would be able to fill out information. I know there is option to free text table but it doesn't meet what i exactly need.

Any suggestion how to find solution for this problem.

Not sure to understand, but a scripted field is by definition read-only....
