How to build a schedule using custom Fields for date and time?

I have created subtask with custom field "Start Date Time" and "End Date Time", both 

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, I need to build a schedule, similar to a calendar or time line based on these fields, I need to be able to zoom in and out, by hours and years. 

Is it possible to use the plug in "ActivityTimeline" for this?
