Welcome. Is it only isolated to this test case or are you saying it on any test case that you are trying to update? IS there any other error information besides this? If this is all that is seen, may want o check with. Xray support to check on the X-ray cloud app.

Its happened on any test cases.
Already checked with Xray support team and they're aware of this issue as a bug, and they have shared the workaround also.
