Hi,
We built a script to send nudge through script runner when ticket gets created which is triggered as a post function
Also, we have have created 2 channels to create tickets, one through whatsapp by calling Jira APIs and second approach through help desk section which is default way of raising jira tickets
When ticket is created through helpdesk section, nudge is getting received, but when ticket is created thorugh API call through whatsapp, we are not getting nudge.
How can this be fixed
