Disable Options in Multiselect for specific User Group

Hi,
We need a functionality to disable Options in Multiselect for specific User Groups. So not everyone can choose every Option in this Field.
Our first idea was to use the Behaviours Plugin of Scriptrunner.
Has Someone other ideas or a code snipped?
