Welcome to the community. As this ask is related to the Tempo add-on (third party tool) and not the out of the box component of JSM from Atlassian, you will need to contact the vendor directly and obtain their technical supports -

Hope this helps. Sorry.

Hello Andreas (Joseph & Tom),
Thank you for reaching out here in the community!
I’m sorry for any inconvenience or misunderstanding caused in finding the right resources for your question about setting up the Jira Automation rule for handling time buckets with Tempo integration. Our support agent did their best to guide you, so I’d like to help clarify where to get the most effective support for each part of your request.
Jira Automation Setup: Since Jira Automation is developed and supported by Atlassian, any specific questions on configuring Jira Automation step-by-step should be directed to Atlassian Support. The Atlassian team is best suited to provide detailed assistance with Jira automation configurations. You can contact them here: Atlassian Support.
Tempo Integration with Automation: As our agent previously mentioned, implementing Tempo features with Jira Automation is outside the scope of Tempo's customer support. According to our support guidelines, we’re unable to assist with issues not directly related to Tempo products, such as automation, scripting, and third-party integrations. For more information, please see our support scope here: Tempo SLA.
For technical questions on combining Tempo with Jira Automation, our Tempo Developer Community is a great resource. Many developers and experienced users there may be able to guide you on more advanced configurations. You can join the community here: Tempo Developer Community.
I hope this clears things up and helps you connect with the right resources!
Best wishes,
Miglena

Hi @Andreas Gölles ,
This might be a bit advanced as the solution uses automation webhooks/web requests and Tempo API. However, we did work with Tempo API on some integrations related to the cloud, so I might be able to help out a bit although you would need to point out at which part you 'got stuck'.
As Joseph said, the best bet here would maybe be to check this with Tempo (vendor) support for detailed technical assistance.
Cheers,
Tom
