API to get know whether the scriptrunner post function executed successfully

Hi guys,
I have implemented a complex workflow using the scriptrunner post functions. Now I would like to know programatically if any of the post function script failed or not. An API for this would be ideal.
On a side note, I would also like to know if there is any method to execute the post function script on transaction basis. So that all items in it are executed or none of them.
