Zephyr Scale - how can we enable view for customers

Hi Team,

We have got license for Zephyr Scale tool for which we want to extend access to our customers so that they can perform UAT with this tool itself.

Please confirm the steps to share the access with customers (client users).

As of now our customer use the portal url for raising defects, can we share the zephyr scale access as well to them ?

I work with external teams who we grant access to Zephyr Scale.  It's simply a case of adding them as a Jira user to the project.  You can do that by going to Project Settings > People > Add People...

This will of course consume a licence and therefore have a cost.
