I haven't found it mind-bending so far. ChatGPT is still better at helping me write a complex JQL - and that's where it should have hit the nail on the head. Confluence summaries are alright.

 

I would have liked for AI to help with reporting and metrics.

 

JIRA comment summaries on tickets - I haven't used it much - for some reason I forgot about the feature until just now although the use case was important to me.

 

I'm interested to hear how others have used Atlassian Intelligence!

I mostly use Atlassian Intelligence in Confluence to find a title for my content, summarize or brainstorm when I don't have time to switch to other AI tools or when I've already got too many tabs open. I like to stay on the same working page without copying and pasting, etc.

I am looking forward to hearing other experiences as well!
