Daniel Connolly October 31, 2017

Is anyone using Domo or Tableau with Jira?  Other BI tools?  What is working well / what is not?

I have personally used "Dataplane Arsenale" reporting add-on and it's quite good.  Though it's not a traditional BI tool but creates excellent reports which can be customized and can be embedded on the dashboard and confluence pages.

There are connectors for Tableau, but I don't rate them that highly as they rely on you understanding Jira.  Dataplane and EazyBI as mentioned by Tarun and Ash, do understand Jira, and are generally the best option.

EazyBI for JIRA is a great choice.  Great technical support.  Only caveat is that it helps to be smart to use it.
