Our journey begins with a team call led by our Marketing Department's Team Lead. "Hey team, we've got to ready a demo for Apptoberfest 2024! 🚀" The enthusiasm is palpable, especially among our junior marketers who are brimming with ideas and eager to dive into the project.

Brainstorming and Backlogs

While our junior marketers are excited, our more seasoned team members realize that coming up with fresh demo ideas can be challenging. Meanwhile, tasks in the marketers' backlog are inevitably delayed as we focus on Apptoberfest preparations.

Collaboration with the Product Team

In a later call with the product team, our marketer announced, "We're joining Apptoberfest 2024 this year – it will be awesome! Let's brainstorm some ideas. 💡🎉" The product manager, already overwhelmed with work, is less than thrilled. "Are you serious? I can't handle any more creativity right now. I'm beaten. I'm taking a vacation. You guys are on your own. 😫🌴"

Despite the initial resistance, the team rallies together. Developers find a silver lining, knowing that the product manager will be too busy with the marketer's ideas to focus on missed deadlines.
