As this year is coming to the end, we’re especially proud to take a look back and see our brightest achievement of the year - Time Tracking.✨ Even though there is still lots of work to do, we're on the way to making a perfect Jira time tracker for you. Let’s see what’s already done and what’s about to be released in Planyway.
The List view represents all time records across your Jira projects one after another pointing at the date and time when they were created, who did that as well as time entry details like description, duration and the parent issue this time entry belongs to. Time can be tracked either manually or with a timer.⏱
For calendar lovers, we added another option that lets you track time in the calendar format. It works absolutely the same way as the list view except for the way it represents the data.
You can apply the Only me filter to see your time records or if you’d like to see some other team members - just apply general filters.
Time records can be easily seen right from the timeline. Enable Estimation and Logged time fields and see if you’re meeting your estimation. If not, it’ll be highlighted to notify you.
We’re still working on our time tracking dashboard and will be super happy if you share what data you’d like to see there or what features you’re currently missing about solutions that you use. Leave your thoughts in the comments below or reach us out at support@planyway.com
Happy planning,
your Planyway team ❤️
