How to get last comment in filter or JQL?

I need to compare "reporter" with "last comment author full name". Can anyone tell me, how can i do it please?

I made custom text field "LastCommentAuthorFullName" and automated it to be:
{{issue.comments.last.author.displayName}}

but i cant compare it to reporter field.

Hi @LaurenS @Tomas Arguinzones, have you been able to solve when mentions are showed with user number or userID instead of the name? I tried changing the filed render to "wiki style" but nothing has changed.

For some reason the custom field isn't recognized. I followed all the steps 

The rule won't turn on due to this error

"Additional fields contains invalid field(s) in 'update' or 'fields' section: Last Comment"

I'm probably missing something basic.
