The Sumy Region, also known as Sumshchyna, has unique attractions: 

• The Chupacabra Museum: This museum is dedicated to the legendary Chupacabra. Whether you're a believer or a skeptic, this museum offers a lighthearted take on the mythical creature. 🐾 

• Shelekhivske Lake: Known as the oldest lake in Ukraine, Shelekhivske Lake dates back to the Ice Age. Located in the forest fund of the Lebedyn Forestry, it’s a rare tectonic lake with pristine natural beauty.

• The 200-Year-Old Apple Tree Colony: In the village of Krolevets, you’ll find an extraordinary apple tree that has grown into a colony! Spreading across 10 соток (0.25 acres), this single tree grows like a bush, with branches reattaching to the ground and taking root. Despite attempts to cultivate similar trees elsewhere, this phenomenon remains unique to Sumy region.
