Have you ever wanted to build a game, maybe one where the player fights monsters tied to “In progress” Jira issues? Now, you can. Registration is OPEN for our new hackathon, Devs Unleashed!

Unleash your creativity and build a game in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Confluence using Atlassian Forge and REST APIs. Three finalists will be flown to Berlin to present their games to a celebrity panel and compete for 💸 cash prizes 💸 at the first-ever Atlassian Presents: Unleash!

Joining is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Here are a few things you need to do in order to join Devs Unleashed:

1. Head over to DevPost (the platform hosting this hackathon) via the link above and create an account.

2. Review the prompt, submission requirements, and judging criteria thoroughly.

3. Build a game by yourself or with a team and submit by January 15, 2023!

Wait, did someone say "cash prizes"?

Yes, you heard that right! Each finalist will get 2 tickets to Atlassian Presents: Unleash, have their airfare to and accommodations in Berlin covered entirely by Atlassian, and compete for various cash prizes at the event.

Best of all, you don’t have to be a finalist to take home a cash prize. We have several more opportunities to win:

$1,000 for each of the top 4 submissions from each region: Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa

MOST VALUABLE FEEDBACK WINNERS

$1,000 for each of the top 10 submissions

Feb 7: Finalist announcement*

I LOVE this initiative!  I start Christmas vacation next week and the kids are still in school.  I might take a run at this and see what I can come up with!
