Great article, @Peter Van de Voorde.  I have one "key" I'd like to share.

IMO, adaptability is the necessary cornerstone to each of these pillars. In other words, it applies to more than customer feedback. In fact, it applies to the process itself, not just the product you are building for the customer.

It seems rather self-evident, right? And yet I have encountered many agilists who strongly resist changing their process — even when faced with ample evidence that improving the process will likely improve the product and customer satisfaction.
