My question is this. Let's say I have 1 main issue (in this case a development issue). I have created lets say 5 sub-tasks belonging to the issue. I can see the 'Parent' issue on my agile board I have created and also the 5 'Child' sub-tasks. It appears the relationship is there as the sub-tasks are indented slighty. However If I were to move the 'parent' issue over to the next swim lane I would expect the 'child' sub-tasks to move over automatically as well. However it does not. Any ideas?
As your agile board is just a visual representation of you JIRA data I'm afraid you can't do that out of the box. Issues and sub-issues are seperate entities and their workflows aren't technically connected...
