How do I create a new board for a team-managed project?

Laura Morgan July 12, 2022

We've been using a Kanban board in our team-managed project, but I want to switch to Scrum. When I try to create a new board, the project I want to use isn't listed as one of the options - the only projects I can select are a new one, or a separate company-managed project which doesn't contain any of the tickets I need.

Do I create a new company-managed project and pull everything in, or is there a simpler way?

You can change a team-managed project from Kanban to Scrum by turning on the Sprints feature within the project.

Navigate to the project and then navigate to the following:

Project Settings > Features > Sprints

Note, it won't let you turn on Sprints unless you have also turned on the backlog.
