Can the Stash Jenkins Git hook support multiple Jenkins URL instances?

The Jenkins Git hook add-on is nice - it's easy to configure and works like a charm with a single Jenkins server. We'd like to have a commit trigger builds on two Jenkins servers. Is it possible to do this? Thanks...
