Always display estimate in hours
If I enter 8h for a task estimate it converts and displays as 1d 1h (because available hrs is 7). I just want it always to show hours - 8h.

Hi Rick,
From the JIRA Admin cog-> Issues-> Issue Features > Time Tracking, you can change the time display format, as shown in this picture:
