Hi folks,
I am working for a green scale-up that is building a hardware product. This product is very much complex, and each "to-do" can take several weeks. Many times the engineers are looking for components that have never been tested together before or they are simply trying to build something from scratch.
That said, it is not easy to create a user story based on the typical user template "As a user, I want to... so that...". Moreover, the task can be so complex that it might take longer than the 2-week recommended sprint period and they might not be possible to breakdown into smaller stories.
Do you have any successful cases of machine learning or any other complex hardware/software companies that explain the best approach to take into consideration? Any tips, videos are welcome :)
Thank you for your time in advance!
