Projects to Boards

Well I'm Pip, and my latest challenge is converting our Squads to using a Company Managed Board which pull in their operational work AND project work, instead of just their Team Project.

I'm building them two each, one Kanban and one Scrum so they have the option of seeing everything or just their sprint.

Their Team Projects have evolved organically and out of a need to see & manage all their operational work, but over time as our Projects have grown they now incorporate a large amount of Project work.  Obviously with Jira which that work moves from one project to another you lose the hierarchical relationship.  

Its a fun challenge :)
