no capacity left despite sprint being empty

Hi,

If someone could be so kind and point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. 

I have a roadmap based on one team and I wan to to use the capacity view to manage the workload on the team. However I get strange results on the roadmap capacity view. Despite that the future sprints sprint are completely empty they are fully booked according to the timeline. 

Why is this?

From your description, it could be a myriad of things. In order to solve this issue, I would suggest raising a support ticket on support.atlassian.com/contact/. They'll work with you to explore what's going on in your instance, and hopefully get to the root of this problem.
