What version of Jira DC are you on? This add-on is now part of the overall Jira DC 8.15 version and beyond automatically. So separate renewal is required if you are on 8.15 or newer version for Jira DC.
If your Jira DC is not 8.15 or newer, I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support directly for further assistance.
