Progress story points and issue count is not matching with the actual stories under the epic

We have an epic with many stories, most of them are closed and 1 is open.  When we hover over the "Progress (story points)" it shows 0 for completed and 0 for remaining.

As you can see I opened the EPIC and there are many closed stories/tasks.  There is also 1 OPEN.  Any ideas why this data is not reflected with what is being shown in the epic detailed view ?

Hi @Ken Ng

Are those tasks estimated ? Have configured Estimation on the board they are worked on ? have you import the board as Data Source or have you use the project or filter ?

regards

Just went to confirm and it is imported as board, and I don't see estimated hours in the stories/tasks.

@Florian Bonniec , so in order for us to see the proper values , we need to have stories, tasks with estimated hours and actual hours data.  What about the data source ?  Should we be using the filter over the board ?

estimated hours shout be Original Estimate, actual hours data should be the time people log in the ticket it can be found in Time Spent field.
