Portfolio... can only add virtual users

For whatever reason, when creating teams Portfolio only allows me to add "virtuals users" but it does not recognize any existing users from in the type ahead.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hey Mark,

Check your Global Permissions and make sure you have the "Browse Users" permission. Without Browse Users you will not be able to see the list of internal users in the portfolio Teams user association and only virtual users are present.
