How to install Portfolio from the command line

I am running a starter instance of Jira Software + Portfolio on Docker (single instance), but want to add portfolio to my custom image, rather than installing it manually every time it gets redeployed.

I think it might help you solve your problem. 

Additionally, you will need to download the version of the Portfolio plugin you wish to include as an installed plugin, the rest will be updating your image so that it puts the plugin file in the correct directory path.
