I made a plan, and then I got default fields like target start and target end, but how do I get the issue's creation date and due date?
I attempted to specify the start date via configure, but the start date option is not active; how can I pick the start date?
Just click beside the ticket then you are able to see the date,first you need to check whether the fields are available on the ticket screen or not.
