How do I automate Program sync

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
A feature for Advance Roadmaps for Programs is the Sync to keep things up to date. (see attachment) but you have to remember to do this manually. How can I automate it? Thanks for your help.
