Parallel execution of two tasks by one member of team

Dear all,

Is it possible to execute two tasks in parallel by one team member (Portfolio Jira)?

For example spend 60% time for first task and 40% for second task, at the moment i'm find only one idea (make virtual member).

I will be grateful for any help!
