We have created a roadmap including epics and linked stories. When the roadmap first displays it shows these however all of it disappears as soon as it displays and you are left with no display whatever. It may be due to one of the stories having an incorrect attribute, however it is impossible to identify as it all just goes away from the screen
Hello @Paul Eames
Thank you for reaching out.
There are a few possible reasons for issues to don't be displayed in a specific plan of Advanced roadmaps. We created the following KB listing those reasons and how to properly troubleshoot them:
Troubleshoot missing issues in your plan
Can you check if any of the settings in that KB is affecting your plan?
Hi thank you for the information however that is. A missing issue or two isn't the problem
When we create the roadmap with the defined epics and stories and 'link' to the roadmap what happens is that the screen flashes up the roadmap (epics line with sub stories) and immediately disappears so that all we see is grey lines not the actual details
Thanks for the support
Paul
