What happens with the teams capacity if the same Public holiday is added both through the configuration of Development of Roadmap in "Working hours and days management" and through Teams absence management? Will the system recognize that this is the same day and ignore this, or will the hours be deducted twice?
Portfolio uses those data to define the team members availability, holidays which applies to all teams and members of a plan have precedence over absences and exceptions.
This means the capacity of the teams and team members during a holiday will be 0 and not any lower even if there are additional absences on that day.
