Portfolio appears read only

I have admin access on projects on which portfolio is built, yet i see portfolio as "read-only" , how can i troubleshoot this

How to find which access is missing

Have you checked that you are not in a shared view? They are always write protected

Have you checked the Permission settings of your Portfolio plan?

1. Click on the cog icon next to the name of your Portfolio plan.

2. Select Configure

3. Go to Permissions

There you can further tweak your permission settings.
