Hello!

I created a portfolio in JIRA based on a filter. The filter is public and the portfolio also is open to JIRA-users. I am able to see this portfolio in the drop down list when selecting the portfolio tab, however, other users are not.

Can you please help.

In order to see anything inside the drop-down tab you have to visit the plan first. E.g.

  1. If you share a link to your Portfolio Plan and a Jira user opens it or
  2. if a Jira user goes ahead to Portfolio → View Portfolio → <your plan>

This works the same for Boards or Projects.
