Hi,
I was wondering what's the best approach about past cross-project releases. They keep appearing in the releases dropdown:
Is there a way to hide them? Deleting them seems awkward maybe I'll want to review done releases in the future. If I delete them, I'll have to re-create them when needed.
Hi @Jean-Pierre Froud ,
in the Releases menu in Jira you can choose to archive versions : this way the information is still accessible on old tickets, but the version won't be available in the Releases fields :
Let me know if this helps,
--Alexis
Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately it doesn't help: you're mentioning releases and I was referring to cross-project releases from Advanced Roadmaps. Archiving releases within a cross-project release doesn't affect the visibility of the cross-project release:

JP
