How can I have the roadmap in Portfolio automatically stretch when estimates grow?

I'm digging into Portfolio, and trying to build a roadmap. The biggest challenge we face is understanding how scope creep affects the roadmap. I've created a number of epics with dependencies on one another. What I want is for the scheduled start date for the epic to be pushed out until after the dependencies are resolved.

Is there a way to get the roadmap in Portfolio to be based on estimates? For example, in the screenshot below, I've estimated the stories underneath the epic, so that the estimates appear. The scheduled start and end dates don't seem to be related at all to the estimates. Even though I created a blocks dependency between the two epics, the schedule doesn't reflect it.

So to summarize, I want to be able to:

A) Have the scheduled start and end dates reflect the estimates

B) Have the roadmap adjust schedules to reflect dependencies.

Thanks!
