Estimates not changing dates

Greetings,

Regardless of all the posts I read through, and being on Server 3.27 Advanced Roadmaps, I cannot see any way to input Estimates and let the auto-scheduler plan the project based on those.

I have tried everything:

1. New Kanban Boards

2. Proper Hours/Days setup

3. 1 Team, 1 member

4. Source field on Kanban Board, not project or filter

I represent a large company with the highest tier licence, and we are busy trying this software and I am a huge fan of JIRA.

Any suggestions?

Also, I see NO way to create templates and import plans.
