After updating assignee in Jira ticket -> this update is not sync to portfolio plan

Hi all,

Currently, i'm using newest version of portfolio and create a plan with source is a board from jira. 

When update estimation of a ticket from Jira -> that updated is sync to Portfolio. But when updating assignee from Jira, this updated is not sync to Portfolio.

I already click refresh and Calculate button.

How can i do to make assignee updated to Portfolio when changing from Jira

Same problem. Using Jira cloud and the portfolio plugin.

I figured that out. There should be an estimation in the ticket, otherwise it won't be synced (because Portfolio cannot schedule it). Also, good to check "Scheduling options" in the settings.

Thank you for your reply. I'm sure 100% assignee member is team member in portfolio plan. (on the top left, there are scope/release/team).

Hi Tuan,

Check that assignee in jira is a Team member of your portfolio plan.
