Hi Simon,

Please keep in mind that you have to login into your Atlassian OnDemand account via the https://my.atlassian.com (MAC) and this login WON'T be your Google Account as it's a different system. I'm assuming you went through this guide to setup the GApps integration https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Integrating+OnDemand+with+Google+Apps, so it will the same account you used there.

This system will allow you to edit your current applications in OnDemand allowing you to add GH, Confluence, Bamboo and others as you wish.

No worries about having setup via the Google Apps option there is really no differences besides the integrated login option via your Google Account when you go to <company_name>.atlassian.net.

Cheers,
Felipe

hi felipe - we didn't start with an atlassian ondemand account, we started with an existing google account and added atlassian as an app.

Sure I understand, please open a Support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com so a Support Engineer can walk through your instance and help you on figuring out this. Please add a link to this question as a reference.

One last thing I would want to ask is that if you haven't received an email from Atlassian after you added it as an App on your Google Account, the provisioning process on our side should have automatically created an account for you on https://my.atlassian.com so you could manage your Atlassian Apps inside OnDemand, if that hasn't happended we may have a bug on our side, the Support Engineer should be able to sort this out for you.

Thanks,

Go to your Atlassian OnDemand account, find GH on the list of applications and addit to your account.

(p.s. greenhopper, not grasshopper)

hi nic - thanks for the answer.

the problem is that i signed up for Atlassian OnDemand from my Google Apps account and it seems like the only supported Atlassian app is Jira. Greenhopper doesn't show up in the Google list of Atlassian Apps

I can't login to my <company_name>.atlassian.net OnDemand using my google username, if use the Login with Google option that works, but it defaults to Jira. There's no option for adding Greenhopper.

I'm starting to think that setting this up via Google Apps was a mistake and I should have signed for Atlassian OnDemand directly
