comment on use of blank pages for confluence cloud

Script runner can be triggered when a new page is created but I am not sure how to identify what template was used to create the page, as based on that I would like to either label it for follow-up and/or add some comment to make it clear to the user they should not use the blank template (something which cannot be disabled in confluence for cloud)
