Why isnt the file downloading to my Download foldler when I Bulk Export to XLS using Test Managemen

While Using Test Management for JIRA Server, when I select a few test case, click the More button then select "Export to XLS" I get the spinning download icon. However the Excel file never downloads to my local download folder or anywhere on my machine. Is anyone else having this issue?

 

Using windows 10. Tried on latest IE 11, Edge, and Chrome

the Answer to my question is:

  1. Open an Excel sheet
  2. Navigate to File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> Protected View
  3. Un-Check "Enable Protected View for file originating from the Internet".
