Hello community,
I am currently facing a problem while configuring the somewhat "new" feature of Customer Notifications in Jira Service Desk. The default template contains a link to unsubscribe from notifications to a ticket. While this works out great for the author of the ticket or customers that added themselves to the ticket, it is kind of misleading for members of an added organisation. For those members the default is, that they have to actively subscribe to the ticket to get any further notifications.
I did not find any option to change this default in the system. Maybe i am missing something?
If there isn't a way to configure this through the given UI, is there any chance to do this via groovy (ex. Plug-In Scriptrunner)?
Any help is appreciated. We are currently running on Jira SD 3.8.2 and Core 7.5.1.
Greetings Julian
