ScriptRunner JQL functions Edited

Using ScriptRunner for JIRA JQL functions I am able to easily search for linked issues, however, I would also like to narrow down the results by returning issues with only for instance more than two blocking issues so that I can work on those issues first.

Is this possible with a JQL function that is already available or will I need to create a custom JQL function?

To make this issue search function better I would like to create a filter that orders them by the number of linked issues.

You can filter links by type, but i think that it's not possible to add the quantity to the condition with the standard functions:

Thank you for responding. However, I was looking for more information as I stated in the first part that I am able to easily search for linked issues using ScriptRunner.
