ScriptRunner Fragments - for WebItem how to show tooltip and open link in new window/tab?
Hi
I am adding new items in Jira and Confluence using Web/Script Fragments and wondering how I can:
* Show ToolTip message for item
* Be able to open link in new Window/Tab instead of opening in same one
