Has anyone done anything similar?
I would need a custom field that can hold the time the issue was assigned for each user.
In the end, I want to be able to report how long was an issue in certain states and how long under specific.
For example, the issue is "in progress" and Jane is working on it, after some time she re-assigned the issue to John and the issue is still in progress since John is working on it.
So I want the exact time the issue was in progress while John was assigned.
