Hello I am trying to apply behavior to jira service desk portal. At this time, the behavior is reflected only to a specific user (project administrator) and displayed in the portal, and it seems that the behavior is not reflected to other users. Can you tell me what I've missed? I hope the behavior will be applied to the customer of the service portal

You need to make sure you have mapped it correctly to a Service Desk project.
