We have had a few projects collapse into consolidated backlogs. Many of these projects had incoming email integrations. The problem is during this transition phase the teams want to continue to work on their own incoming issues which are mostly AO type work. We have installed ScriptRunner and it is working great but I would like to be able to recognize an issue as being created by a specific mail handler/server and apply the correct component. Is this possible with Jira Software cloud and ScriptRunner?
